Terms

Tuigamala Productions is a New Zealand business ("I", "me"), reachable at sione@sionetuigamala.com. These terms cover every film you book through this website.

Prices

The prices on this site are fixed. What you pick in the price tool is what you pay. A price only changes if you ask for something extra, and I'll tell you the new price before any work starts. Prices show in New Zealand or Australian dollars, British pounds or US dollars, and you pay in the currency you picked.

Booking and payment

• Sending the form costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
• I confirm the details with you first, then send your film's private link, where you pay a 50% deposit securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (through Stripe). Your booking is confirmed when the deposit is paid.
• You watch the drafts and send your notes on the same link. The other 50% is paid there before the final file is released.

Refunds

If either of us cancels before I start work, I refund your deposit in full. Once work has started, the deposit is not refundable. If I can't deliver the film you booked, you get a full refund.

Delivery

Films usually take 3 to 14 days from when I have everything I need, depending on the queue. Have a tight deadline? Tell me before we start and I'll tell you straight whether I can make it. Rush (ready within 72 hours of having everything I need) is an extra you can pick in the price tool.

Changes

Films up to 30 seconds include one round of changes. Longer films include two rounds of changes. A round is one list of changes, sent together. More rounds can be added for an agreed price.

What you send me

You confirm you have the right to share the photos, clips and names you send, and that the people in the film are happy to be in it. I use what you send only to make your film.

Using your film

• The prices on this site are for personal use: post your film anywhere, share it with anyone.
• Using the film to promote a business, a club or a brand is a collab, priced separately. Message me first.
• Boosting your own film as a paid post on Meta, TikTok or anywhere else? Pick "It's for a paid ad" and I'll use licensed music, so it's safe to boost. Films made without that tick may use music that is only cleared for normal posts.
• I can share your film on my page and in my portfolio unless you ask me not to. The "Posted on my Instagram too" extra makes it one post on your Instagram and mine.

What I won't make

Anything hateful, sexual or cruel, anything that disrespects a player, a family or a culture, and anything that puts words in a real person's mouth or makes up news about them. I can say no to any request.
