Terms

Sione Tuigamala is a parody page. Our trailers are made with AI, they are for fun, and they are not real broadcasts. By buying from this site you agree to these terms.

Parody and AI

Everything we make is parody and entertainment. Trailers are created with AI tools and edited by hand. They are not produced by, affiliated with or endorsed by the NRL, any club, any broadcaster or any player. The broadcast style is part of the joke.

Consent of anyone featured

Only send us names, photos and stories of people who have agreed to be in a trailer. If anyone featured is under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission first. If someone featured asks us to remove them, we will.

No real player endorsements

We don't make content that says or suggests a real player, coach, club or league endorses you, your business or a product. We can reference the game, but we won't put words in a real person's mouth to sell something. We also won't make anything hateful, sexual, defamatory or designed to embarrass someone.

What you are buying

Each package is a custom video made to your brief. After checkout you get a link to a short brief form. Production starts once your complete brief is in.

Delivery

Standard delivery is within 7 days of receiving your complete brief. Rush delivery is within 72 hours. We send your trailer by email as a download link.

Revisions

Hype Reels include one round of changes, Full Trailers two and Premium Trailers three. A round of changes is one list of tweaks to the video we made, like names, text, music or swapping a shot. A brand new concept counts as a new order.

Refunds

If we can't take your job, you get a full refund. If you change your mind before you send your brief, you get a full refund. Once production has started we don't refund for a change of mind, but we will fix anything that doesn't match your brief. If we miss a rush deadline, we refund the rush fee. None of this limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Australian Consumer Law.

Posting and use

You can post your trailer on your own channels. Clubs and schools can use theirs on club and school channels. If you add Posted on the page, we post it to Sione Tuigamala. We may share short clips of our work as examples unless you tell us not to in your brief.

Brand placements

Local Shoutouts are posted to the page as part of a trailer, and we decide how the placement fits the story so it lands with the audience. Paid placements are labelled as paid partnerships where a platform requires it. We can turn down any brand or brief that doesn't fit the page or breaks platform rules.

Shirts

Shirt orders are covered by the shipping and refund policies shown at checkout.
